Jeangu Macrooy est né le 6 novembre 1993 à Paramaribo. C’est un auteur-compositeur-interprète surinamais. Il vit aux Pays-Bas depuis 2014. Il a été choisi en interne pour défendre les couleurs des Pays-Bas.
